Crew Member
The Lawn Maintenance Crew Member is a dedicated, detail-driven professional eager to expand their skills and knowledge in the landscaping field. Learn and perform lawn maintenance and spring/fall cleanup tasks.
Arrive on time and fully prepared each day to ensure a smooth operation.
Collaborate with the Lawn Maintenance Supervisor to set and achieve weekly goals.
Assist with truck and equipment loading, unloading, and proper transport/storage.
Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites, in trucks, and with equipment.
Follow safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment at all times.

Ability to work with hand tools, small engine equipment, and heavy machinery.
Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, be on feet for 8-10 hours a day, and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through workday.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.
Work outdoors in various conditions including rain, freezing rain, ice, snow, blizzard conditions, high wind conditions, noise and cold.
Ability to work variable hours based on winter weather conditions, including occasional weekend work.
Ability to work extended hours (ie: more than 10 hours per day, if needed).

Experience: 1+ years in lawn maintenance preferred.
Preferred experience with equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, and trailers.
Strong communication skills, and ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
Positive attitude toward work and teammates is essential.
Excellent time management and clear communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred, but not required.

Crew Member

Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites, in trucks, and with equipment.
