Lawn Maintenance
Crew Member

The Lawn Maintenance Crew Member is a dedicated, detail-driven professional eager to expand their skills and knowledge in the landscaping field. Join a supportive, hardworking team to provide exceptional lawn care services. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and are passionate about maintaining pristine lawns. If you're dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to have you on board!

    • Learn and perform lawn maintenance and spring/fall cleanup tasks.

    • Arrive on time and fully prepared each day to ensure a smooth operation.

    • Collaborate with the Lawn Maintenance Supervisor to set and achieve weekly goals.

    • Assist with truck and equipment loading, unloading, and proper transport/storage.

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites, in trucks, and with equipment.

    • Follow safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment at all times.

    • Ability to work with hand tools, small engine equipment, and heavy machinery.

    • Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, be on feet for 8-10 hours a day, and carry out strenuous physical tasks.

    • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through workday.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.

    • Work outdoors in various conditions including rain, freezing rain, ice, snow, blizzard conditions, high wind conditions, noise and cold.

    • Ability to work variable hours based on winter weather conditions, including occasional weekend work.

    • Ability to work extended hours (ie: more than 10 hours per day, if needed).

    • Experience: 1+ years in lawn maintenance preferred.

    • Preferred experience with equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, and trailers.

    • Strong communication skills, and ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.

    • Positive attitude toward work and teammates is essential.

    • Excellent time management and clear communication.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred, but not required.

Garden Install & Pruning
Crew Member

The Garden Install & Pruning Crew Member is a dedicated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for expanding their expertise in landscaping. Work closely with a small, skilled team to provide expert plant pruning services and assist with the installation of plants in both new and established garden beds. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a sense of responsibility, and a true commitment to maintaining lush, beautiful landscapes. If you're dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!

    • Learn and perform horticulture maintenance and spring/fall cleanup tasks.

    • Learn how to properly plant and transplant various types of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees.

    • Arrive on time and fully prepared each day to ensure a smooth operation.

    • Collaborate with the Pruning Maintenance & Garden Install Supervisor to set and achieve weekly goals.

    • Assist with truck and equipment loading, unloading, and proper transport/storage.

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites, in trucks, and with equipment.

    • Ability to work with hand tools, small engine equipment, and heavy machinery.

    • Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, be on feet for 8-10 hours a day, and carry out strenuous physical tasks.

    • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through workday.
